Parts are damaged in transit far more often than in storage. A supplier that photographs cartons before loading is telling you how claims will be handled.
What they do not claim
An honest film states that the company is an independent supplier of Kobelco parts and not an authorised Kobelco dealer. Silence on that point is the real red flag.

The show runs across two venues for the first time: the World Expo Exhibition Centre from 23 to 26 November 2026, and the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from 24 to 27 November 2026, with one badge covering both. You will find us at booth E4.187 in Hall E4 of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.
